First Place
First Place is a Christ-Centered Health Program designed to help Christians develop discipline in the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical areas of life by putting Christ first. The focus of the program consists of daily prayer, scripture reading, Bible study, a food plan to aid in developing healthy eating habits, exercise and mutual support. First Place meets weekly at the Church.
