At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the church began to reimagine its role in the community. As churches closed, our church left the building with the mission of a new kind of evangelism. Hughes United Methodist Church has partnered with the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services to create the Hughes Mid County Consolidation Hub. The Hub is committed to provide food and essential item access to those impacted by COVID-19.
